- Daily, weekly, and other scheduled patterns can be arranged, and dedicated routes are possible depending on the schedule and the area. Call us with the details and we'll tell you what we can commit to.
- Can NiftyNab handle same-day or time-sensitive deliveries?
- Same-day and time-sensitive deliveries are a core part of what we do. Availability depends on the timing, the distance, and what's already scheduled, so call as early as you can and we'll tell you straight away whether we can cover it.
- Can deliveries be scheduled in advance?
- Yes. You can schedule a delivery ahead of time by phone, text, or the request form on our homepage, and we'll confirm the details with you before the pickup date.
- What are NiftyNab's phone hours?
- Phone hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM. Phone hours are not the same as delivery hours — after-hours deliveries may be available by arrangement.
- Are after-hours deliveries available?
- After-hours deliveries may be available by arrangement. Text us or send a request online outside phone hours and we'll get back to you about whether we can cover it.
- How do I schedule a delivery?
- Call or text (270) 908-0881, or fill out the short request form on our homepage with the pickup, destination, timing, and any details we should know.
- How does a NiftyNab delivery work?
- You send us the delivery details, a real person reviews the request and confirms availability, a driver with the right vehicle picks it up, we deliver it according to the agreed instructions, and we confirm with you once it's complete.
- How is delivery completion confirmed?
- We confirm delivery directly with you by phone, text, or email, including who received it where that applies. We don't currently offer live GPS tracking or a customer tracking portal.
- Is NiftyNab locally owned?
- Yes. NiftyNab is a Paducah-based, family-owned courier service. When you call, text, or schedule online, you're reaching a local team, not a national call center.
- Does NiftyNab handle medical or healthcare-related deliveries?
- We handle many medical and healthcare-related deliveries, such as supplies and documents between offices. NiftyNab's training and readiness file includes Bloodborne Pathogens through the American Red Cross, HIPAA & Privacy Awareness, Defensive Driving through the National Safety Council, and CPR / First Aid with current certification. Whether we can take a specific medical delivery still depends on the item, the route, the client's own requirements, and any additional training or coverage that route may require — so tell us what's involved and we'll give you an honest answer.
